Synopsis

In the heart of rural India during the 1990s, a marriage of tradition and duty brings together two souls who couldn't be more different. Vikrant Hooda, the 23-year-old sarpanch of Hooda village, is a man of steel. His dark aura, disciplined nature, and no-nonsense demeanor make him both respected and feared. Having been raised to lead with an iron fist, Vikrant has no room in his heart for love or frivolities like marriage.

On the other hand, Samaira Chautala, the vivacious 18-year-old daughter of a neighboring village’s sarpanch, is the epitome of light and innocence. Her bubbly nature and unwavering belief in true love make her a ray of sunshine in everyone’s life. She is also very stubborn and have a lot of arguments.

When their fathers, bound by years of friendship, arrange their marriage, neither Vikrant nor Samaira is prepared for the journey that awaits them. Samaira, with her dreams of a romantic love story, is terrified of Vikrant’s stern and imposing nature. Vikrant, indifferent to the concept of love, views the union as a responsibility to honor his family’s wishes.
